I requested a custom satin finish instead of the polish shown in the picture. There must have been some miscommunication because I was told that it wouldn’t be possible, but it arrived satin, which is great! The other communication issue was shipping. The item did not ship and there was no update past the expected delivery time. I raised this with Etsy, after which the item was then marked as sent, so I’m a bit concerned that it would have never arrived if I didn’t send a help request.
